When will my order arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. After shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery usually takes 1-5 days, depending on your location.
What are the shipping fees?
Free ground shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies.
Do you deliver to Hawaii?
Due to state regulations, pampas grass cannot be shipped to Hawaii. However, other plants and ceramics are eligible for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the USA and Canada. For Canadian orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size and weight. Recipients are responsible for any customs fees.

Do you replenish out-of-stock products?
Our products are nature-made and may have limited availability. If an item is out of stock, email us at hello@happypampas.com. We’ll notify you when it’s restocked or suggest similar items you’ll love.
How do you ensure flowers don’t break during shipping?
We pack all items carefully in specialized bags. In rare cases, rough handling during transit may cause damage. If your flowers arrive broken, send photos to hello@happypampas.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Why does my bouquet look different from the website photos?
Since flowers are natural, slight variations from the website images are normal. Availability and seasonality may affect specific flowers, so we may substitute with a comparable or higher-value option without notice, ensuring a stunning arrangement.
How do I care for dried flowers?
Dried flowers are low-maintenance and need no water. Gently fluff them, place in a dry vase, and keep away from direct sunlight and humidity to maintain their beauty.
How can I make pampas grass fluffier?
After unpacking, lightly shake the stems to remove excess fuzz and encourage the plumes to open. They’ll regain their natural fluff within 24 hours in a vase. For extra fluffiness, place them in sunlight and a breeze for about 20 minutes.
How long do dried flowers last?
With no watering needed, our dried flowers can last for years.
Does pampas grass shed?
Pampas grass may shed when handled or moved, but once placed in a vase, shedding stops.
